But for the time beings, I got no other ideas for what I could do other than switch it up to RHD with Ralph Backlund, reopen the investigator's office, start working cases. I might not have my driver's license no more, but I got my two feet. I can walk on over to the office Brandon abandoned. Yeah. How hard could it be? So I made my way over to 56 Route 2 East, Durlin County, USA, the investigator's office. It's a shitty brick building just outside the Nippy's parking lot. I went inside, swept a little bit, dusted away the cob and webs, sat down, and began waiting for phone calls, which never fucking came. The hell. One minute turned into two minutes, turned into 18
