Revelation Part 2 - The Seven Seals
6/19/202648 min
Reading Revelation again has definitely shifted my focus. In part 2, we encounter the opening of the seals and the sounding of the seven trumpets by seven angels. Do you see how much God loves the number seven? As you listen, if you find yourself becoming fearful, remind yourself that God does not give us a spirit of fear... but of power and love and self-discipline. The devil wants us to be afraid when we read Revelation. God wants us to be prepared. He is laying it out for us. Once again, I pray that we are ready.

[gentle music] Good evening. You're listening to Bedtime Bible Stories for Adults. I'm excited to continue the Book of Revelation. In part two, we find the opening of the seals and the sounding of the seven trumpets by seven angels. Even though some of Revelation can feel scary, we don't have to be afraid. As long as we have the seal of God, we will be protected. The good news is that God warns us about everything that will happen. And in the end, we know that He wins. So as you listen, if you need to, keep reminding yourself that God tells us to not be afraid. Sweet dreams.
