    [upbeat music] Okay. Welcome, everybody, to Rest Day, our special Monday tradition here, breaking down the latest happenings in trail and ultrarunning. Joining me from Boston on Marathon Monday after a week off, Tim Tollefson. How you doing, bro? How's the energy there in, uh, in Boston?

    Uh, it's... Uh, there is not a better Monday in marathoning. It's, uh... But I'm pretty tired after being in activations for the last four or five days, and, uh, s- and I'm back here in my little dirty hostel that I could afford. And yeah. But I'm excited to be back.

    It looks like a luxury hotel room, and hopefully the Wi-Fi- [laughs] ... is, uh, robust here for our- Dude, I gotta- ... live stream.

    [laughs] I gotta tell you real quick. So Mario was gonna stay with me. He shows up, and he literally left and booked a hotel room. He's like, "I'm not staying in that room." [laughs] So it, it... Appearances are deceiving.
