    [upbeat music] Welcome to rest day, everybody. [laughs] It's great to have you here. Our favorite Monday tradition, broadcasting after an incredible race weekend. Of course, we were at Canyons. We missed Tim while we were there. We will just summarize quickly this opening intro, but we're glad to have Tim here today to share all of his perspectives from what was a fantastic race weekend. You see the docket on the right-hand side. We're gonna start with some breaking news, uh, both on the Trail Con front and some Free Trail updates, just some basic housekeeping notes, and then we're gonna get to Tim's Takes. Like I said, Tim wasn't with us, and we wanna know everything that he has to say about Canyons. Of course, Tim also functions as our road and track running correspondent here at Free Trails, so he's gonna inform us a little bit about what we need to know from the marathon world records going down over the weekend. And then we're gonna pivot and talk about the Western States start lists now that they are set in stone with the golden ticket conclusion after Canyons. We will review what those lists look like and begin what will be two months of prognostication as we move towards North America's most important event. We're also gonna cover the Madeira Island Ultra Trail and Mount Fuji, recapping two important races that happen in Europe and Asia respectively. And then we've
