David and I were close. He told me, "I wish you were my sister." He loved to collect stickers. I loved to collect stickers. There's Skeletor, Spider-Man, Elmer Fudd. He started a sticker album just 11 months before he went missing. His mom looked at every face of every kid in the crowd to see if it was Dave. But the more time he was missing, the more we kind of knew that he wasn't coming home again. All we would picture then is poor Dave laying there, suffering, dying, and no one's gonna help him. It's, you know, it's really hard to think about. If you have someone missing, don't stop pushing until you find the answers because they depend on you to do it for them. Don't give up.
