    [upbeat music] Hello, everybody, and welcome back to the P1 Podcast with Matt and Tommy. We're gonna talk about some Formula 1 today. Formula 1 has come back with a bang, and this sprint race- A wheel bang Uh, ooh, good one, Tommy. You're, you're, you're on fire this weekend. [laughs] Uh, I, I honestly can't wait to talk about this because it's felt like a while since we've had a, a dramatic sort of pretty much 50/50 incident to discuss and, and some people will be on one side, some will be on the other, but that's the beauty of Formula 1 and their very vague rules.

    Yeah. I'm hyped. I'm very excited for this one. There's a lot of strong opinions that I've got about this, and yeah, it was just a brilliant ... Has to be said at the start, just what a brilliant, brilliant sprint race. Uh, really, really good. Years gone by, we've always complained that the sprint doesn't really do anything and they all just hold position because it's kind of the first phase of the race. That did not happen. My word, was it brilliant.
