[upbeat electronic music] Welcome to the Ally on the Run Show. I'm your host, Ally Feller, and this is where I talk with people who are doing exciting things on the run and beyond. From professional athletes and celebrity runners to the everyday amateur and back-of-the-pack runner, we are here to celebrate everyone and anyone who enjoys a life on the run. So whether you are running towards something big or away from something that's been holding you back, I am here to hold your hand and help you pick up the pace. Today, we're going old school. It is Throwback Thursday, and I'm celebrating with a rerun. This is the first ever Ally on the Run Show live event. In June 2018, at 20 weeks pregnant, I did my first live show. We sold out the space at the Westin Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego during the Rock 'n' Roll San Diego race weekend. This all came together thanks in largest part to my dear friend Chris Heisler. He made so many of my actual dreams come true that day, including helping assemble this absolute all-star cast for any live show, let alone the debut. We set the bar, mm, a little too high right out of the gate. That day in San Diego, I was joined on stage by Chris Heisler, by Meb Keflezighi, by Andrea Barber, best known as Full House's Kimmy Gibbler, and we had an unannounced special surprise guest that we brought out at the end, Des Linden.
