[upbeat music] Welcome to the Ally on the Run show. I'm your host, Ally Feller, and this is where I talk with people who are doing exciting things on the run and beyond. From professional athletes and celebrity runners to the everyday amateur and back-of-the-pack runner, we are here to celebrate everyone and anyone who enjoys a life on the run. So whether you are running towards something big or away from something that's been holding you back, I am here to hold your hand and help you pick up the pace. Today, because life continues to crush me and cancer is currently my full-time job, which I should say everything is okay, it's just a lot to manage at the moment with this new treatment plan, and it leaves very little time for much else. So it's actually really hard right now, honestly, uh, so we're doing another Throwback Thursday episode. Hope that's cool with you. It was actually awesome hearing from so many of you last week. So many people loved listening back to that very first live show with Chris Heisler, Meb Keflezighi, Andrea Barber, and Des Linden, and I'm so glad. So thank you for tuning in. And today, we are going back to December 2019. Kinda feels like a lifetime ago, doesn't it? This episode was, for a very, very, very long time, my favorite episode. It was the one I always brought up when people asked about my most memorable interview, and it was one of the first ones that I felt really made a splash and a mark
