Well, folks, we all know Donald Trump isn't exactly a policy wonk, okay? Let's just put that out there. But when it comes to policy, there is one thing he cares about more than anything else, overhauling our country's elections to rig the rules in his favor. Now remember, this is the guy who called for Republicans to nationalize elections and take over voting procedures from the states, even though the states are constitutionally entitled to run their own elections.
