  1. Rich· Host0:00

Hello. Welcome aboard. Trash. Like, my mother would've smacked me across the face if someone in the service industry- Spoke to me and I didn't speak back ... spoke to me and I said nothing back. They're like, "Oh, can you take this?" And it's, like, a banana peel or something random, and I'm like, "This is the wrong use of the call bell. I'm sorry." Row 27, you're beautiful.

  2. Drew· Host0:19

    [laughs] Yeah.

  3. Rich· Host0:19

  7. Rich· Host1:03

    They're really not.

  8. Drew· Host1:04

They really- So today's episode, we are gonna dive into all of the things that passengers do that make us love you.

  9. Rich· Host1:10

We love our passengers, the good ones anyway. Um, and I feel like there's so many times where we're just ranting and raving about passengers and all the things they do wrong, so today we're gonna talk about all the things you do right. [laughs] But first, Andrew, how is flying going lately?

  10. Drew· Host1:26

Um, you know, honestly, I've had a really good
