[gentle music] A Rayo Original Podcast. Hi everyone, and welcome to ReWorking with me, Tim Campbell. I'm really excited to bring you these episodes where you get me without a guest to answer your questions about work, money, confidence, career changes, and all the stuff that keeps so many of us awake at night. The truth is, a lot of people are feeling stuck right now, uncertain or under pressure. Work can be a massive stress, and sometimes you just need someone to talk it through with. So think of this as if we're sitting across the table with each other, having an honest conversation over a glass of wine or a mint tea. I'm not here to pretend I've got all the answers, but I can share with you what I've learned through business, leadership, mistakes, setbacks, and the people I've met who have inspired me along the way. I should caveat this all by saying I'm not a financial advisor, or a lawyer, or your doctor. Your decisions are yours. But what I can do is tell you what I'd do based on my years of experience. That's another way of just saying I'm old. And hopefully by the end of this episode, you'll feel a little bit clearer, a little bit calmer, and a little more confident about what to do next. So let's get into it. [gentle music] So a question we've got is from Andy via Instagram. He says this, "I've been in the same job for three years, and I've been promoted once in that time. I felt like I was moving in the right direction, but recently the department has made some new hires and had a bit of a reshuffle.
