  • 1/2 an onion sautéed with garlic
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • Chicken broth
  • ¾ cup rice Instructions: Sauté 1/2 onion with garlic. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Combine with remaining ingredients into a pot, let simmer until rice is cooked. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream to taste. Serve with chips and avocado.
