He arrived in Ankara Tuesday for a NATO summit where divisions have emerged between the US and its European allies over the Iran war and Greenland. Trump criticized Europe for failing to support the war and repeated his argument that the US should control Greenland. The BBC's Frank Gardner.

Trump is to deliver remarks at Turkey's presidential compound in a few hours after meeting with Turkish President Recep Erdogan and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders now among those calling on Graham Plattner to withdraw as a Democratic Senate nominee in Maine. Sanders is an independent who caucuses with Democrats who are withdrawing their support for Plattner following sexual assault allegations. Here's NPR's Barbara Sprunt.

Plattner denies the allegation, but said in a video statement he's taking time to reflect on the best path forward. That reflection comes with a ticking clock. The deadline for a nominee to withdraw is July thirteenth. If Plattner decides to suspend
