EU leaders say Russia is showing its weakness on the battlefield by using its Ereshnik missile in a major attack against the Ukrainian capital. EU foreign policy chief Kaya Kalas accused Moscow of reckless nuclear brinkmanship and said foreign ministers would discuss how to increase the pressure on the Kremlin when they meet later this week.
