Live from NPR News in Washington, I'm Nora Rom. The war in Iran is now in its tenth week. There's a ceasefire in effect, but both sides continue to block the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has been reviewing a US-proposed agreement for days. Mehrzad Boroujerdi is with Missouri University of Science and Technology. He doesn't see an agreement anytime soon.
