Welcome to the Busted Open Podcast. This is Dave LaGreca. On today's episode, myself and Bully Ray talk about The New Day, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston no longer a part of the WWE. Why, and what's their future? Also, we get into the perfect opponent for Cody Rhodes, Gunther. We talk about that as well, right here on the Busted Open Podcast.

We got more releases over the weekend, Bully. You know, Tonga Loa being released, Jeff Cobb being released. But the big shockers is Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, The New Day, being released. Well, I shouldn't say being released, because it's a completely different situation than Tonga Loa and Jeff Cobb. They were released. From ev- from every report that I've seen, Bully, it's that they asked Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston to restructure their contracts after a year, and they opted to ask for their release from the WWE. So we are now, for the first time in a long time, in a world of the WWE without Xavier Woods, and especially Kofi Kingston.
