NASA has confirmed its plans to have humans living on the Moon by 2032. The agency's now released its latest draft for its Lunar South Pole base project, signing its first contracts as it prepares preliminary work towards the start of construction. The basic plan is similar to that proposed earlier this year. The announcement at NASA headquarters in Washington, DC, included confirmation of the first contracts for lunar rovers, as well as unmanned cargo landers to transport supplies to the lunar surface. NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman announced the first three moon base missions will launch before the end of the year.
