I feel like when I look at the backend data, it's so funny 'cause I'm like, "Oh, everybody just wants to look good right now."

    Like yes, we wanna feel good, but everybody wants to feel good, look good. So I'm gonna be talking about the things that I am actually doing right now from like skin to workouts, food, routine, habits. I'm just gonna answer everything in like a very current way. And I do have to say that I feel very locked in right now, like more locked in, I think, than I have felt in years. And I think that that's a result of a few things. One, I feel like my health has been better lately than it's been in a couple years. Like everybody knows, I don't have to get into that, that I was [laughs] really struggling there for a while. And it just made it really hard to work out,
