On May 12, 2002, Jennifer Harris disappeared. Six days later her body was found floating in the Red River in Texas. Police learned that she had told her best friend that she was pregnant and the autopsy revealed her uterus was missing. "48 Hours" correspondent Jim Axelrod reports.
