I am so excited today to be working with a journalism organization that I not only admire, but rely on to feel sane in this upside down world, and that is More Perfect Union. It was on their coverage of rising electricity bills and that connection to data centers that got me hooked, and then I thought, "Okay, I'm finally understanding the power, not only of journalism in real time, but of More Perfect Union." [gentle music] We are in late-stage capitalism, and it's so fucked up with AI. Everything is so sped up. It feels like we don't have time to think about what the fuck is going on, and the news cycle is so, you know, flooding us and flooding our zones as Project 2025 said they literally were planning to do. They're flooding the zone, you know? And the silver lining about capitalism, late-stage capitalism, AI, and data centers coming at us so fucking fast is that the cycle, the design of capitalism, how it destroys communities and dehumanizes us
