[upbeat music] It's, I believe, we are recording.

  2. Josh Brown· Host0:07

    Oh, lovely.

  3. Scott Tilford· Host0:07

Oh, half past 9. We've got ages.

  4. Josh Brown· Host0:09

I know. We- We've got ages ... we, we, we've got in early today.

  5. Scott Tilford· Host0:11

[clears throat] I haven't had a coffee this morning, so I'm gonna see how my, uh, my throat gets on.

  6. Josh Brown· Host0:14

    Oh, interesting.

  7. Scott Tilford· Host0:15

Not that it's directly correlated, but usually there's more energy comes from the, from the coffee.

  8. Josh Brown· Host0:18

    Yes.

  9. Scott Tilford· Host0:18

Um, how the hell did I get into this? Josh Brown, have you heard the good word of the hot water?

  10. Josh Brown· Host0:23

Um- I've got one here with me right now.

  11. Scott Tilford· Host0:25

    Do you wanna try it?

  12. Josh Brown· Host0:25

Uh, water? Ex- Just, just water that's hot, mate. Uh, what?

  13. Scott Tilford· Host0:29

[laughs] Mate, we've been drinking water wrong our whole lives.

  14. Josh Brown· Host0:32

What do you mean? What do you mean?

  15. Scott Tilford· Host0:33

What do you mean? We've- I, I love a, a nice cold glass of water.

  16. Josh Brown· Host0:36

    I've got one right here.

  17. Scott Tilford· Host0:37

That's- I mean, I- right now I'd probably rather be you, but I, like, I've seen too many posts, social media posts about, "Hey, have you seen the awakening of hot water?"

  18. Josh Brown· Host0:44

What the hell social media are you on- [laughs] ... that you're seeing hot water posts?

  19. Scott Tilford· Host0:49

Hot water- Hot water maxing ... there's a wa- [laughs] [laughs] Or hot water farming. Um, I forget where I first saw it. I've seen it on Reddit, I've seen it on X, which is mainly the only two things that I'm going on, really.

  20. Josh Brown· Host1:00

    What are Reddit posts?

  21. Scott Tilford· Host1:03

    X is, X is a news platform.

  22. Josh Brown· Host1:03

    What are X posts?

  23. Scott Tilford· Host1:03

[laughs] There was a, uh, the mildly interesting Reddit.

  24. Josh Brown· Host1:05

    Okay.

  25. Scott Tilford· Host1:06

And, uh- Okay ... someone was breaking down the, uh, the way your body takes water in.

  26. Josh Brown· Host1:09

    Yeah.

  27. Scott Tilford· Host1:09

And apparently if the- the warmer the water, without it being boiling, is apparently a, a faster way to hydrate yourself first thing in the morning.

  28. Josh Brown· Host1:14

    You know what? Interesting.

  29. Scott Tilford· Host1:16

I've got a hot water cup right here.

  30. Josh Brown· Host1:17

That's- I feel like we've gone too far with some of this stuff.

  31. Scott Tilford· Host1:21

    Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

  32. Josh Brown· Host1:21

I, like, I do not need to min-max my water intake- What if you did, though? ... to that degree. I don't think I do.

  33. Scott Tilford· Host1:27

[laughs] There's no min, there's only max. [laughs] You don't- you're not going backwards,
