[upbeat music] Pardon the interruption, but I'm Michael Wilbon. Tony, Boston police are looking for two men who robbed a children's lemonade stand.
Tony Kornheiser· Host0:09
I'm Tony Kornheiser. I'll be honest, Mike, not our best moment.
Michael Wilbon· Host0:15
[laughs] No, no, I guess not.
Tony Kornheiser· Host0:16
It's not. It's not.
Michael Wilbon· Host0:17
I guess it wouldn't be. You know what? [laughs] I never see children's lemonade stands in the DMV, and I see them quite frequently in Chicago. Why- what is that? Do you see them here?
Tony Kornheiser· Host0:28
I've seen it- Am I missing something? I have s- I have seen it in the DMV.
Michael Wilbon· Host0:32
Okay. Okay, good.
Tony Kornheiser· Host0:33
I have.
Michael Wilbon· Host0:33
Good enough.
Tony Kornheiser· Host0:34
I've, I've, I, I have, yeah. Not everywhere, but I've seen it. Welcome to PTI, boys and girls. In today's episode, Shohei struggles with his catcher, Nelly Korda goes for her third straight major, and Taylor Twelmann joins us for five good minutes. But we begin today with the Charlotte Hornets trading former Rookie of the Year LaMelo Ball to Minnesota for Naz Reid, a number one draft choice in 2033, three pick swaps before that, and three second round picks. Wilbon, do you understand why the Hornets did this, and how much better does it make the Timberwolves?
Michael Wilbon· Host1:07
Well, the understanding to me is not on the Hornets. I- it's not. The Hornets can take Coby White, who can be nearly as productive as LaMelo Ball with a lot less style, and plug him in there and, you know, they get something that they want to move forward. Look, LaMelo Ball's incredibly popular among kids and everybody in greater Charlotte.
