[Instrumental music] As San Francisco's busiest private detective, Mike Shane can be found at almost any hour at almost any spot in the city, except one perhaps, his apartment. Yet right now, that is just where we find him. Of course, he's there only long enough to pick up his overcoat and two theater tickets. Waiting impatiently in the hall doorway is his attractive assistant, Phyllis Knight.
