[bird chirps] Hello, and welcome to the Game Theory Podcast Offseason Preview Series, where Bryce Simon and I are gonna break down all 30 NBA teams' forthcoming summers. Today, we're talking about the Memphis Grizzlies, a team that has the number three overall pick and is very likely to get a franchise-altering player that they desperately need. In addition to that, they have the Ja Morant situation to deal with as well, where it seems somewhat likely that their former franchise player will be traded this summer. Bryce, busy offseason in Memphis, but not, like, a loaded offseason in Memphis. This is a team that has, uh, I believe something like 14 players under contract right now, including Taj Gibson's on-guaranteed contract. They are still suffering in the wake of the tragic, uh, Brandon Clark passing, which is an incredibly, incredibly sad moment, uh, across the NBA. But i- it's, it could be a relatively quiet offseason
