So Amber Grimes is an entertainment executive and leader in the music industry, currently serving as the executive vice president and general manager of LVRN, Love Renaissance, the label and management company based in Atlanta. She previously held the position of senior vice president of global creative at Capitol Records. She's also worked in artist and label marketing at Spotify and over at Def Jam. She's currently the host of the If You Knew Better podcast, which is a Black Effect Network and iHeartMedia production.
