Uh, great to be here with you. For the people at home that don't know, maybe they're not tuned into, you know, morning programming- Yep. ... maybe they sleep in, what have you been up to post-NFL career?

So, I'm currently one of the hosts on Good Morning Football. Um, it's a live show here in California from 5:00 AM to 7:00. So if you're up that early, come listen to your boy and the rest of the crew. We like to blend a little bit of football and a little bit of pop culture, keep it light, keep it relatable, and we have a fun time. So, that's what I've been doing. It's been great. Other than that, man, just, I have two beautiful children. Um, my wife is a rock star. She has her own business, owns her own med spa, so I'm heavy into entrepreneurial work. Um, so yeah, just a family man and trying to do my best for my kids.

What time do you go to bed to start a show that early?

Well, I- y- usually, w- we get up to the room about 7:00, um, try to get our kids, um, all bathed and in bed, and I'm usually down by 8:30, um, so that I could be up, uh, by 2:45 in the morning and we're rolling.
