[upbeat music] What's up, everyone? And welcome back to Sandcast, beach volleyball with Tri Bourne and Travis Mawhirter. Tri and I, we're kind of settling into a nice little rhythm here at the pod. Last year was our first year, uh, from October to October, was our first year where we, we were t- g- apart for the podcast. Uh, and we made it work, and now we're starting to settle into a little rhythm. He's got the, the in-person stuff, uh, out there in California, and then once a month I do these fan Qs. Every now and then, I'll bring you guys, uh, kind of a Zoom episode or, or maybe someone down here in Tallahassee. Uh, just recorded one, uh, with Dr. Nate Zinsser, author of The Confident Mind, easily the most impactful sports book I've ever read. That's gonna come out, uh, not this Wednesday, but the next.
