Maggie Dent should be Queen of Australia You know, we all muck up.

  2. Maggie Dent· Guest0:03

I'm an advocate for imperfect parenting. You only have to be good enough 30 to 40% of the time. We've had these boys in our homes who've brought endless amount of mates into my house. They eat the whole fridge out some days accidentally, and go, "Sorry, sorry, Maggie." Um [laughs] [laughs] [laughs] Excellent impersonation.

  3. Ryan Shelton· Host0:21

    Of any man.

  4. Hugh van Cuylenburg· Host0:22

    [laughs] Yeah, exactly.

  5. Maggie Dent· Guest0:24

The term I keep saying is, "No matter what. No matter what it is, there's nothing you can do that will stop me loving you." So any time anything bad happens, no matter what, every time they walk out the door to a party, say, "No matter what." You know, there's a thing I talk about micro-connections, 'cause we'd love quality time. Of course we would.

  6. Hugh van Cuylenburg· Host0:42

    Mm.

  7. Maggie Dent· Guest0:42

One-on-one time would be beautiful, wouldn't it? But who's got it? So it's the ruffle on the head as you walk past, and it's the tickle on the back, and it's the bump. And then of course, if they were really being difficult in the kitchen, then I'd drop a well-timed fart.

  8. Ryan Shelton· Host0:54

[laughs] [laughs] [clapping] [energetic music] Wow, it's, it's been a long time coming for us to- So overdue.

  9. Hugh van Cuylenburg· Host1:08

Yeah So overdue to have this incredible woman. I'd say it's like when you, um, f- discover a library book in your house that you actually borrowed 12 years ago. [laughs] That's what it feels like.

  10. Ryan Shelton· Host1:19

    Yeah.

  11. Hugh van Cuylenburg· Host1:19

    It's that overdue.

  12. Ryan Shelton· Host1:20

It's similar to that. [laughs] It's similar to that. But it, it's like, it's so amazing to have Maggie Dent here, someone who can finally tell us why boys are better than girls.
