Leinster beat the Stormers on Saturday to secure another URC final appearance as they once again meet the Bulls in the final.
Gordon D’Arcy joins Nathan Johns to pick through the action, look at where Leo Cullen’s side just about had enough to work past the Cape Town outfit and how they might fare against another South African juggernaut.
Plus, we look at excitement elsewhere with Glasgow blowing their lead and European champions Bordeaux crashing out of Top14 contention.

[upbeat music] Hello, welcome along to the Counterrock Rugby podcast, brought to you by The Irish Times in partnership with Oak Energy. Gordon D'Arcy is going to join me to chat through plenty of things, amongst them Leinster's 2011 victory over the Stormers. So they are back in the URC final, looking to defend their crown. So in just about two weeks' time, Friday night on the 19th of June in Croke Park, they'll play the Bulls, who came from behind to shock Glasgow, really. Glasgow, three scores to the good and then conceded a heap of unanswered points to lose by a point in Murrayfield. So it will be Leinster at home to the Bulls in the URC final. But a few other interesting bits going on around the world of rugby, not least Bordeaux, the European champions, missing out on the top 14 playoffs after defeat to Clermont over the weekend. So without further ado, here to chat through everything is Gordon D'Arcy. Yeah, semifinals weekend, quiet w- weekend, only two matches to watch. It's another Leinster-Bulls final. I did think Glasgow would get it done. I thought, especially when they, when they go, what was it, three scores up and end up g- you know, losing by a point, I did think it would be Glasgow-Leinster in, in Murrayfield. But, uh, Leinster won't complain. They get another date with Bulls in Croke Park, and that was last year's final, which, which saw them get over the line.

Yeah, and I had to, I had to turn down tickets. My young lad's friends from school were going, and we were invited and we couldn't go. Uh, so now we might be able to go to Croke Park, which would be nice. I don't know about you, but I had one eye on the top 14 as well.
