[upbeat music] Welcome back to the Mina Kimes Show, featuring Lenny, Only NFL Podcast. One of the hosts heard Keon Coleman is in the doghouse and said, "Me too." That's funny. I'm Mina Kimes. Uh, we're gonna be talking to Keon Coleman today because we are talking about the Bills. We are also talking about the Patriots, the Dolphins, the Jets. It's time to preview the AFC East, and to do so, I have a first-time guest, which is so exciting. I have gone on his podcast. He does an excellent job covering the Bills, but I also believe he is phenomenal at covering the entire league, which is why I asked him to do this. It is Anthony Prohaska from Cover 1. His podcast there is called Disguised Coverage. Welcome to the show.

  6. Anthony Prohaska· Guest1:03

    Yeah, it's a Blue, Blues Bananas- Excellent ... T-shirt.

  7. Mina Kimes· Host1:06

    Love it.

  8. Anthony Prohaska· Guest1:06

    Yeah. Thank you.

  9. Mina Kimes· Host1:07

Um, all right. So last week we did the NFC East. AFC East, [laughs] very different. Uh, it is very much a division of the haves and the have-nots. There are two teams that are, you know, one was in the Super Bowl, one is a perennial Super Bowl contender as of late, and then there are two teams who are rebuilding. One of them is a little bit more
