Killian Korth, it is great to have you back on the "Singletrack" podcast. How are you doing this Monday morning?

  2. Killian Korth· Guest0:06

It's good to be back. I'm doing well. I, uh, did a little workout in the gym this morning and went-- took my dog for a walk. The-- last night was the first night since the race that I've been home, so good to be sleeping in my own bed. But, uh, yeah, doing well.

  3. Finn Melanson· Host0:21

You're already back in the gym.

  4. Killian Korth· Guest0:23

Yeah. It was very minimal. I mean, air squats, push-ups, pull-ups, planks, and then I'm attempting to get my right glute to start working again, so some, like, banded side steps and that sort of thing.

  5. Finn Melanson· Host0:36

Is it pretty perso- like, is it kinda to the person how quickly post-race in this multi-day scene you get back into activity, or do you feel pretty strongly that, you know, like, there is a right way to think about the post-race?

  6. Killian Korth· Guest0:49

It's probably pretty personal, and I, I would imagine that it'll have a lot to do with what other stresses that individual has in their life. Y- I don't have another job, so it's not like I have to go be somewhere for big chunks of the day. So for me, I need mentally to, to be able to do something. And then, two, I, I do think that your recovery i-- my recovery is actually sped up by the fact that I'm purposefully getting a little bit of training stimulus in the i- like, least impactful, most helpful way possible.

  7. Finn Melanson· Host1:24

Yeah. Do you feel like you have a little bit more runway in this post-Cocodona
