In Massachusetts, Karen Read filed a lawsuit against state police and Canton PD, exposing what she says are troubling voicemails and texts between officers on her case. In Kentucky, Brooks Houck was convicted of his girlfriend Crystal Rogers' murder last year. His brother, Nick Houck, is now accused of first-degree perjury.
