On the eve of NHL free agency, Matt and Blake get you for NHL silly season as signings and trades are about to take centre stage. The boys look at what might be possible for the Canucks this week and the hurdles to make it happen, plus, they check in on development camp and the new prospects. TSN's Darren Dreger is back with the latest on the Canucks efforts to make change this summer. Dregs gives the pulse on conversations around Elias Pettersson and Jake DeBrusk, and whether there's any veteran contracts that are available with good assets attached. Darren also talks about the possible trades of Reilly, Nurse and Hellebuyck. Cam Robinson of Elite Prospects is back for a final draft recap, especially the jewels of the late rounds for Vancouver. Cam also gets into the deals this week and whether they should have given Höglander more time, while the guys get sidetracked by whether EP40 should also get another chance with the new coach. Cam also weighs in on whether Gallagher would welcome a trade to a contender at the deadline. Then it's Vancouver Canadian infielder Tucker Toman on the beginning of their second half, the journey to Vancouver, and the dreams of MLB. The guys wrap up with rest of the World Cup story from a crazy day at the tournament yesterday, the Lions still search for answers to the special teams, and the Jays finally win a game!
