    Well, I want to talk to you first of all about Pathways, which is a project that you're involved with. Um, tell us a little bit about that and, and why you wanted to, to set that up.

    Yeah. Pathways is something that I always wanted to do, um, when I was younger, you know. Pathways is more about... Yeah, of course you... Right now it's about, like, the football aspect, but it's more about just giving you, like, someone a second chance, like, in life. If s- if, like, this path is not working for you, there's always, like, a- another path, you know. Uh, obviously right now, for instance, football, if you don't, like, get scholarships or professional contracts, like, the Pathways is there for people to help you get back into, like, what else you want. What... If you want to go back into football, other things, you know. It's just there for, like, to help you. A guide, you know? Yeah.

    Growing up and, and coming through, you must have known some really talented footballers who it didn't quite work out for. They might have got an injury a bad time, or, or different things happened. Was that part of your motivation when you, you, you saw these, these, you know, really talented kids, it doesn't quite work, and then they're maybe not sure what to do next if they've always just the football has been the dream?
