Day one, we travel to St. Albans to see Jamie George for a long overdue catch-up before driving to Paris to test our nerve on the infamous Parisian streets, and finishing the day in Versailles.

Day two is a big one for me, Ben. I'm keen to stop off in Le Mans and see the 24-hour race circuit, and hopefully set some lap times. From there we'll head to La Rochelle.

Well, day three is the one I'm most looking forward to. We head to Bordeaux, where the only activity on my agenda is wine. Lots and lots of wine.
