    Day three embryos are like the nepo-babies of the embryology lab because they're just- [laughs] ... following instructions from the egg and the sperm. But at day three, those instructions go away, and it's like, "Okay, you're off to college. Good luck to you. We're not paying your rent anymore." And half of them fail. You know, half of them can't do it. They can't turn on their own genes. And so day three embryos don't impress me 'cause I'm just like, "Yeah, everyone can get to day three." It's like, what do you do after that point?
