[upbeat music] Thank you for listening to my morning monologue brought to you by Golden Crest Metals, helping everyday investors protect what they've worked so hard to build by adding gold and silver to retirement portfolios. Learn more at goldencrestmetals.com/protect. [camera clicking] Remember, you can hear my radio program daily on SiriusXM Triumph, and connect with me 24/7 at drlaura.com. My little mini-lecture is on how to get out of a rut. How do you know you're in a rut? Well, frankly, you sound like I'm sounding right now. You're out of ideas. You're not productive. You're not inspired. [dog barks] And it happens because we're human. [dog barks] So you've gotta look at what you're doing and decide you need a break. First important thing, take a break. When your brain is no longer being creative and you can no longer function and focus, take a break. Please. Go do something else without looking at the radio right now and going, "But I have to get it done." If you can't do it well, don't mess with it, 'cause that's all it'll be is messy.
