You're listening to the Volleyball by Design Podcast. Today, we're gonna talk about how you can build your roadmap to a championship using the phases of the game and system design. Now, you know, if you ever heard me talk about this in the past, I always talk about your yearly, your yearly training plan or your seasonal plan, or how can you, you know, plan for success at the beginning of your season. And I've always used a periodization and skills-based approach to teaching this, and I, I still stand by that, by the way. But, you know, over the last year, I've been... I got a chance to work with some national team coaches and, you know, professional coaches, and they've-- they, they do the yearly training plan, but they also approach their season in a systems way, in a game like, um, like the phase, like the phases of the game. D- mapping out what they need to do in a systematic phase approach, as well as system design approach to getting to that championship. And it's very meticulous.
