How far will England and Scotland go?

It is World Cup week!
England treated their friendly against New Zealand as a training session...can we learn anything? Does Thomas Tuchel already know his line up to face Croatia or is it still in doubt? How worried should England fans be that three of England's team are already in the red zone, prone to injury or burn out?
Scotland are looking confident with eight goals in their last two games. If they can beat Haiti in their opening game could that be enough for them to qualify for the knockout stages for the first time?

[upbeat music] [chime] [upbeat music] Hello, and welcome to The Game, a football podcast from The Times and Sunday Times. World Cup week is here, but we await the arrival of the real England after a limp and rather sweaty warm-up win against New Zealand. Scotland, on the other hand, are looking pretty in pink as they score four again in a win against Bolivia. And on today's show, we'll make some final predictions for the tournament as well. I'm Tom Clarke, and joining me today, we have the former Millwall, Marseille, and Republic of Ireland striker, Tony Cascarino, and the former Nottingham Forest and Scotland under 21 defender turned football reporter, Gregor Robertson, is here, too. Chaps, hello, welcome.
