How do electric eels get their charge? [upbeat music] Hi, welcome to Curious Kids Everyday. I'm Josh. How are you doing today? It's so good to hear from you. Hey, have you ever heard of an electric eel? [gentle music] This is a creature that can shock you. [electricity crackling] Yep, it has an electrical charge. Electric eels have long, stretchy bodies, and they can do something that sounds almost impossible: they can make electricity inside their own bodies. [electricity crackling] I wonder how it gets that electricity. I was thinking about electric eels today because I got an email from a curious kid named Paget.
