Horizon Hunters Gathering Gives a Realistic Open-World Game a Cartoony Multiplayer Spin - Beyond 933

2/11/202655 min

After months of rumors, Horizon Hunters Gathering has finally been revealed: a cooperative multiplayer game set in the same universe as Aloy’s adventures, but not to be confused with the free-to-play Horizon Steel Frontiers. Hunters Gathering has a bold, cartoony art style that breaks away from the usual realism of the non-LEGO games, but we can’t help but feel like between these games, plus Zero Dawn, Forbidden West, and Call of the Mountain, Sony’s really putting a lot of focus on this particular series, despite having a deep bench of long-dormant properties. In other news, there’s a State of Play happening tomorrow at 2PM Pacific, and we’ll have a lot more to discuss after that, but in the meantime, Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties seemed like it should’ve been a home run, but it has the Like a Dragon fanbase very angry for a long list of reasons. Beyond, and hello, and welcome once again to IGN's weekly PlayStation show. [upbeat music] I'm your host, Max Scoville, and coming up, that Horizon multiplayer game finally got announced, which has us wondering, with all due respect to Astro Bot, is Aloy PlayStation's mascot these days? Let's get into it. [upbeat music] 'Tis the season when the days are shorter, the weather's worse, and for some stupid reason, a whole lot of us decided to undertake ambitious self-improvement journeys just because it's a new calendar year. Well, whether or not you've made any kind of a New Year's resolution, it never hurts to eat better or spend less time shopping and cooking, and Factor makes eating healthy easier with fully prepared meals designed by dieticians and crafted by chefs. I think a lot of people hear healthy and think raw kale, and riced cauliflower, and gluten-free gym mats. However, Factor's got delicious low-carb, calorie-smart options, like the shredded beef tinga bowl or brown butter grilled chicken and Yukon mash, that are made with quality, functional ingredients, like lean proteins, colorful veggies, and healthy fats, with no refined sugars or seed oils and no artificial sweeteners. Variety is the spice of life, and Factor offers 100 rotating weekly meals to keep things fresh and delicious through winter, including options like high protein, calorie smart, Mediterranean diet, GLP-1 support, and ready-to-eat salads, as well as the new Muscle Pro collection, which supports strength and recovery, which is great if you're trying to get ripped or are perhaps training to defeat your arch nemesis
