    So I think one of the things that, uh, is important to point out is that your origin story, uh, and my origin story are similar. Had fathers who were very strict, and even though we were born on opposite sides- Mm-hmm ... of the ocean and under very different circumstances, what we were good at as young people, what we were interested in and focused on growing, yours was parties, mine was, was, was speaking, uh, led to a career. [upbeat music] Hi, everybody, and welcome to the Oprah Podcast. And I thank you for giving us your time to be here, and I know that life gets busy, and you wanna be mindful about how you spend the minutes of your day. So it does mean a great deal to me that you join me here for conversations that, for these times we're living in, or any time that we'd be living in, uh, give us ideas on how to live better, how to live more fully. So I just wanted to tell you all, I met my guest today when he invited me to Belgium, a place I'd never been, to speak at his conference that he'd called the Supernova Conference, and I was intrigued by that title.
