[laughs] Dude, we had a group run this morning, and I was running just behind you, just admiring the bounce in your step right now. Maybe first of all, just to fill the people in, how you're doing here? I know you flew in yesterday. Thanks for joining the show. Where does life and fitness find you here at the end of April 2026?

I mean, I'm drowning in oxygen down here. [laughs] Like [laughs] all that stuff about the altitude, it's true. I mean, running uphill is so easy here. But, uh, yeah, happy to be here and just, just crewing this weekend. But, um, I had the, the race bug really bad, like I really wanna race, so I figured I, I, you know, get my, uh- Yeah ... get my fill in here this weekend just watching.

[laughs] Yeah. And for the audience here, we wanna throw it to you in a second, Corinne, but we were just obviously watching the follow cam footage from Francesco Puppi on Cal Street last year, and I made the comment to you, [laughs] you were chasing the guy down out there last year.
