[upbeat music] All right, friends. Today we have a very special guest on the podcast, and she is someone who has been here not once, but also two times. This is her third time on the show, which is, I don't think we've had anyone here three times. So very excited to have you back. Libby Ward is here with me today. She is a creator, a speaker, and a fierce advocate for women and mothers. Her work has been featured on the BBC, Good Morning America. She's also a member of Reese Witherspoon's inaugural Hello Sunshine Collective. She's known for her honesty and humor. Libby connects with millions of women through her social media platforms, and creates spaces where moms feel seen and empowered to reclaim their time and wellbeing. Her brand new book, which we're gonna talk about today, is Honest Motherhood: On Losing My Mind and Finding Myself, and it explores the realities of modern motherhood and her healing journey to become a more present parent and a whole person. So I just finished reading your book. I feel like I've already cried several times today. [laughs] I finished reading the last chapter this morning.
