Hello there. This is Joseph Fink, creator of Alice Isn't Dead. While you wait for the return of Alice Isn't Dead on April 13th, or a week before that on the Patreon, I wanted to bring you a show that Meg Bashwiner, who you might remember as the voice of the credits in Welcome to Night Vale, the former MC of the Welcome to Night Vale live show, and the voice of Deb the Sentient Patch of Haze in Night Vale. Meg and I have started a show called The Best Worst, which is a show in which we take a classic TV show, such as Seinfeld or Star Trek: The Next Generation, or The X-Files, and we watch the IMDb user rated worst and then best episode, and see what we can learn about television by watching classic TV shows at their absolute worst and their absolute best. We've been doing this for a little under a year, and we have learned a lot about television, actually, by doing this. There's some really surprising stuff, including shows that did not hold up for us at all, such as I Love Lucy and Gilmore Girls, and shows that r- really surprisingly held up for us and are actually really good, like Mr. Ed. So I wanted to share one of the episodes here. This is our Sopranos episode. Sopranos is very personal for Meg, as she is from basically the town that The Sopranos takes place in.
