Welcome back to Get Started Investing, a show that helps you make the most of your money. I'm Jess, and 12 episodes ago, I started this series with a very simple admission: I wasn't an investor. I'd spent the last 10 years working around investing every day, but I'd never actually started myself. So I decided to document what it would look like to go from complete beginner to building my first-ever investment portfolio. Today, Bryce and Wren are back. They are gonna put me in the hot seat one last time. We're gonna unpack where my portfolio stands today and what I found most valuable along the way. We're also gonna talk about what I'd say to anyone who's still sitting on the sidelines wondering whether they should start investing, too. Before we get into it, though, tickets for FinFest, Australia's largest investing festival, are now live. On the 24th of October, we're gonna be at Carriageworks for a one-of-a-kind event. It's designed to prove that investing is not boring. Whoever you are, wherever you are on your investing journey, investing can be for you. Early bird tickets are available now for just $40. We're gonna pop a link in the show notes and the YouTube description, too. All righty, let's get into it. Bryce and Wren, welcome to Get Started Investing.
