It's been a crazy three weeks for Des and Kara, and now they are happy to be home and sleeping in their own beds with their Lagoon pillows.
In this episode, they recap all that was the London Marathon from their live pod with Cynthia Erivo to Des's run with CB to the blazing-fast elite races. Of course, they keep it real with their takes on the sub 2 and the women's only WR. Some of you (guys in particular) might not like their takes, but that's why we love them. They call it like they see it!

[laughs] I think, was last night the first time you slept in your bed in a month?

Yeah, pretty much, yeah.

We had a cr- silly travel home too, 'cause we flew back through Boston. Um, we left some bags there. It was a whole travel thing, but, like, flying from Detroit ended up being way expens- more expensive, 'cause it was, like, to Boston from... Anyways, it was, like, a multi-city trip. So we just went back to Boston, grabbed bags that we left at a friend's house, and then had, like, a long layover till, we left at, like, 5:00 PM.

Ironically, we just, like, started doing stuff. We went and got lunch, and then we were like, "Oh my God, we're gonna miss the flight. We're so- Oh my God ... we, like, barely made it on. I was like, "I, I will kill myself if we miss this." [laughs] But we, we made it on, flew back to Detroit, and then the dogs are staying up in Northern Michigan. So Ryan's like, "I'm just gonna drive straight up. We're just gonna go straight and pick up the dogs and stay up there
