4/30/202627 min

Dr. Kathy Koch wants to help parents adjust to a “new normal” when their children become adults. The relationship has changed, and parents of adult kids need to change their expectations, listen more and advise less, break free from codependency, and give these new adults space and freedom to become the people God made them to be.
