19 years ago, almost to the minute, I was the first person to alert the world to the name Madeleine McCann, who went on to become, and still is, the world's most famous missing child. In the intervening years, I've been back to the Algarve. I've made a documentary. I've commissioned reporters and even detectives to come out here and try and solve the mystery of where is Madeleine. But for the first time, there is a professor of criminology who's taking a view on this case.
