For many reevaluating faith, spirituality, or the systems they were raised in, this energy can bring clarity, courage, and a deeper sense of inner knowing.
Rachael and Jaisa also discuss how working intentionally with the rhythms of nature, like the moon, is not about worshipping creation, but about using what God already created as a sacred rhythm for reflection, release, prayer, and intentional living. Throughout scripture, the natural world is used as signs, seasons, symbols, and reminders of God’s presence, and for them, this practice simply creates intentional space each month to pause, reflect, release what is no longer serving them, and call in what they hope to cultivate.
